If you signed up for the subscription-based version of this Eaglemoss 1:8 scale James Bond Aston Martin DB5 partwork model, you will receive five FREE gifts along the way. The first gift was a Poster displaying the various model specifications, features, and full-size reference photographs of the completed build.
The second FREE gift is this set of four (4) color Blueprints described as Part Identification Sheets. Each blueprint folds out to the size of eight standard Letter sized (A4) pages and contains line art images of parts used throughout the build. Across all four sheets, every single part of the model build is labeled and sorted into sections. Below are samples of these blueprints:
Sheet 1 of 4
- The Bonnet
- The Radiator
- The Front of the Car
- The Front Bumper
- The Bulletproof Screen and Boot Section
- The Rear Wings
- The Quarterlight Windows
Sheet 2 of 4
- The Roof
- The Rear Shelf
- The Steering Wheel Section
- The Fan Belt
- The Weapons Tray
- The Driver’s Seat
- The Monitor Housing
Sheet 3 of 4
- The Front Wheels
- The Car Frame
- The Floor Panel
- The Dashboard
- The Battery
- The Front Speaker
- The Engine
- The Bulkhead
Sheet 4 of 4
- The Driver’s Door
- The Passenger Door
- The Rear Wheels
- The Chassis
- Passenger Seat
- The Finalizing Section
There is no real order to the layout of these blueprints; Eaglemoss seems to just have sorted them to best fit all the parts onto the pages. And, while some images appear to be full-scale depictions, others are not. They still look good, can help identify parts and give us an idea of what is coming.
